I love Lucas Davenport.
I watched the made for TV movie with Mark Harmon a couple of weeks ago based on Certain Prey, but it wasn't that great. I like Mark Harmon, but he wasn't as much of a hard ass as Lucas typically is.
I also love NCIS.
