On the first interview don't say.
1. I don't know anything about your company
2. What are you rates per pay period for insurance? And when I say it depends on the plan. Well tell me about your best plan. Well it depends on your medical needs.
3. Ask do you have a security guard on site?
4. I quit my last job because I don't like change. When our employees say all the time, You can't spell C**** (my company's name) without the C and the C means Change.
