I have and it doesn't bother me one way or the other. I've never had horse meat (that I know of) and have no intentions of trying it, but people say it's a tasty animal. The intelligence of horses doesn't hold water with me when comparing them to pigs/cows because they are all living beings and people don't seem to have a problem eating a juicy burger or baking a ham.
