titanium and a 300 series stainless steel is non magnetic and will not rust
a 400 series SS will rust over time, its cheaper and is magnetic due to the high iron content...... its not supposed to be used in pro kitchens, surgical stuff etc  |
learned something today..thanks. my exhaust is 400 series.. that's why i have to keep cleaning it..
