I've had Lydia on many adventures. The Healing Hands spell is great. Although I wish I could remove the "carry your burden" phrase from her vocabulary. That gets old fast. But she is my pack mule, so... I guess she has a good point.
Side note: I killed Faelan (or whatever that creeper in Redwood's name is) and then took his key and entered his house to clean it out. I got over encumbered and wanted to use her as a mule. The chat dialogue went away and she just told me repeatedly "You shouldn't be in here!" The woman has morals! Sorta... haha
