My dads phone is SO OLD. And I have been harping on him for months to get a new one. I know he really wants the iphone but he is cheap and doesn't want to pay for the internet. So finally today he tries to order one and he forgot his password. So I told him to call. He calls and waits two minutes and gives up. I know him, he will give up and he wont order it for another gajillion months. So I called Verizon since I'm a manager on his account and had them call him to get it all straightened out, and his phone ordered. Like a boss.
