I think one of the things that really screwed me up is when i bowled my 14 pound ball into my left ankle
...Dont ask how it happend cause i have no friggen idea, all know is it hit dead center, bounced off my ankle and went flying into another lane leaving me on my ass. Instant swelling and huge bruise. FML
