The statement that individual info would not be given out is the same line that the state of NJ said about their electronic toll road pass that kept your info around. It was strictly private and used for traffic flow/control/design/etc.....I read a year or so ago about a divorce in NJ where the information related to the mans car from the tollroad electronic pass was requested and allowed to be used in court. So private isn't necessarily private. It is not that I condone cheating on ones partner, but you see where this led to and what onstar's info may well lead to.
