They say at the end of the article that even thought the Ferrari 458 Italia won it this year it will have to defend its crown next year agains the Lamborghini Aventador, new Porche 911, And they say dont forget about the new 2012 Camaro ZL1 so next year the ZL1 will be in the comparison tests as well as all the other cars.

That's great, but amazing as the ZL1 hype is up until it's arrival, I don't think it would stand a chance against a lighter, faster shifting 458 or against the Lam especially. I predict it'll surpass the Boss and GT500, but I highly doubt it will defeat any top model Porsche. Think it'll trump a Audi R8. But at 4,xxx pounds? Nope...expect high 11s at most. It would be a serious trump card if Chevy can get they're ZL1 down under 4,000 pounds, don't see it happening, but if they did, BOY OH BOY, talk about trouble.......
