HERES THE PROBLEM.
They are not "good, high quality vehicles".
Hyundai puts on a good show with their BS advertising, but their cars are still garbage underneath.
If someone sponsored a side by side tear-down of a Camaro vs. Genesis Coupe the results would be astounding and hilarious. The piss poor quality of Hyundai's parts and engineering would show through immediately, like all the chassis components where GM uses cast aluminum and Hyundai uses stamped mild steel. Hyundai is a joke, and you're playing their game, too bad the joke is on you

Hyundais piece of shit 6" rear differential with cast iron housing:
GM's all aluminum 8.5" Camaro differential with all aluminum housing:
Yet you can get a Camaro SS for the same price as a Genesis Coupe 3.8
