Those who expect the 5.0 stang to be 3300 lbs with a 400 hp engine are in the same mindset as those who expected a 436 hp Camaro weighing in at 3600 lbs.

Also, I doubt it will be making 400 ft lbs. 400 hp is a stretch but I can believe it. But 400 ft lbs to go with it? That will make it a pretty highly tuned engine, something that goes against the nature of cars like the Mustang.
