What happens when a 35,000 pound 40 foot Gillig Phantom slams into a Mazda 3. Doesn't look too bad until you find out that she was pulling out of Hagerty Drive when the bus hit her and spun her onto the sidewalk and into that sign (which costs about $10k, by the way).
Driver actually violated procedure by swerving to only hit the front fender. If someone pulls out in front of you and you have no chance of stopping in time, we are actually told in training to ram the car head-on.
