In the same respect, when you hear about dog attacks, someone always blames it on pit bulls. I've even seen instances where pit bulls were blamed and the animal in question wasn't even remotely close to a pit bull.

Dobermans, Great Danes, Rotweillers, and German Shephards (to name a few) can all be vicious animals too. They can all easily grow to be very large animals (especially the Danes). But all of the bad rep gets put on the Pit Bulls.

Why is it that if a dog is larger than a chihuahua it's considered a vicious breed? This is just an ignorant statement.

Every dog has the potential to be a "vicious" dog. Pit Bulls are no more prone to being vicious animals than any other dog breed. Pit Bulls are just more likely to have d***** bags as owners that don't know how to properly train a dog. Give those same owners a German Shepherd, and the dog would likely be just as vicious.

Im feeling a camaro/pit bull meet coming on...
