Agreed, but what if you are on an 8 lane superslab and the truck throws the retread onto your car as you are carefully passing? Also, when hitting that dead animal we tossed onto the highway kills the occupants of the vehicle shouldn't you make it illegal to throw the dead animal into the highway?
