He has Volk TE37's ($$$) instead of stock rims, stickers on the side for greddy, apexi etc. and I've never seen a completely stock R34 for sale when they rarely pop up on eBay. Turbo back exhaust and a decent tune w/ boost controller and you've got a monster on your hands.
