I knows it makes for good job security, but I wish they built roads right the first time and made to last, they could nearly never crack, heave or need repair if they wanted. Every spring the roads are trashed from the cold here, takes till fall for them to repair everything, and we start over.
Id have to sue the paving company if my driveway did that every year,
can tax payers sue the city for lousy road work
