Biceps? Yes, they will hurt
Pectorals? Probably if its been a while
Triceps? Again, probably
Elbows? I guess I've never been that out of shape. Then again, its been quite a while . . . I will let you know more tomorrow if my elbows hurt from push-ups.
Anyway, to add to what Milk said about resting, a good way to do it is to rotate the things that you do. If you're only doing a bit each day thats fine, pushups one day, sit-ups the next and go for a jog the day after. Repeat the cycle then take a day off.
