But did they say they wouldn't? This was the one thing they were worried people would think they'd do. They should use this as an example and make an outright pact with the public that all warranties will be honored pre, during, and post bankrupcy. No exceptions.
The last part basically saying "we're bending over for you, because we care."
I think the public could get behind that kind of self sacrifice..no pun intended.
