Nope, the ex-COTA buses are Flxibles, which are '95s. The Gilligs are '98, '99, '01 (35 foot BV only), '02, and '05.
We got the Flexes for a buck each, which why every single one of them is a complete piece of crap. We're getting 13 brand new 2011 Gillig Low-Floors (current COTA buses) sometime this year.
