Just got back from about a week's vaca in Destin, FL. I did pretty good on the eats, and even hit the gym twice to keep up my routine.
It was a company paid vacation however, and the drinks provided consisted of various brews and I couldn't stay away from the Heineken hahah. I'll be back at the gym regular tomorrow.
Hope you guys have fun at C5F. I'm organizing the Challenger event all on my own this year...talk about a lot of work sheesh. Our is 4/30.
