Ok, so there is proof that a GT-R clocked that time on the ring. But what proof is there that it was running bone stock on everything? If the 1/4 mile numbers tuning is suspicious then so should the nurburgring times. It just doesn't make sense that a car that weighs more, has less power and torque, smaller engine, with worse track condition's would get a better time than the Z06. Since we know that the car can't shave off 600 lbs without people taking notice, they must have let the engine go nuts to get their times. Unless the laws of physics changed in a years time . . .
