Using multi-languages in official cappasities will divide this country even more. I got NO problem with immigration. AT ALL. We all came from somewhere. (Legaly I hope) But I believe in English as the official language. Multi-linguism is fine, but we must maintain unity at our official levels. And this country was founded in a language, ideal, and border. It should never change from that.
I agree. But there are plenty of people with SSI#'s and Fed and State benefits that don't speak a lick of English. Some of these people are eligible to vote, so they must be citizens and therefore eligible for jury duty. I'm just saying what is a question like that doing on a form for duty. The form is in English but I'm sure they are printed in other languages also if they are needed. If I were one these people, would I be excused because I don't speak English? Maybe I need to get Rosetta Stone and become fluent in German so I can be excused from this process.

I believe that English should be used not only in official capacities, but for daily private transactions too. But the forefathers purposely left out an official language in the U.S. Constitution. There is no officially recognized language in the U.S.of A..
