Speak to HR, about his actions and say that his actions result in a hostile work environment (basically saying you feel uncomfortable around him at work). It will take a few more complaints from other employees before they probably will do anything.
If that doesn't work you could tell him that you find it offensive when he curses and if he is reasonable it will hopefully work. But most likely it will make him upset and just cause an even more hostile work environment.
Sorry you have to go through that, it's not a good situation!
