It takes some time and certs to get that "Chef" properly placed on your coat. I have been there. CIA and Europe plus some. If you are the Chef at a Ritz, I would love to have you cook for me. Please tell me more.

Thank you for correcting me there, I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, I don't quite have official chef title but its what i chase every day. I am confident with all of the cook stations at my Ritz I understand it takes 5 minutes to dress as a chef, but a life time to walk as a cook.
