Honestly, I didn't start a food journal last week. I gotta get started on that. I'm sure you're right...I'm either eating more than I think I am, eating the wrong things or not eating enough!

A food journal doesn't have to be elaborate, just keep a pen and paper handy and everytime you eat or drink ANYTHING, jot it down and it will give us an idea on where to start. If you get in the habbit of preparing your meals in advance it will become so easy. When I started studying what foods and combinations of foods and how much to eat I was overwhelmed as I'm sure many here are, I wished someone would have just said this is what you eat and when, it would be so much simpler. If you write down what you eat perhaps we can give suggestions on what to combine and when to eat them, once you get the idea you can easily design easy fast and well balanced meals without a thought. Honestly this is not guess work, it is science and the more info the better.
