myself I am into triathlon so I spend a great deal of spare time swimming biking and running. this sport has consumed most of my spare time, other than that I am into motocross and spearfishing/ scuba diving.

I also do triathlons from work. Its once a year from Venice beach to downtown LA, normally do the bike race!
