Nope. You're driving a 3000 pound death machine (or if it's a Yaris, a 2300 pound injury machine). Run him the hell over. I didn't do that when I had a somewhat similar incident with a road rage jerk, but I think I should have. I should at least have slammed my door into him when he was standing at my window yelling at me. The car is a great weapon, so use it if you need it.
