Everyone has to "grow up" at some point. Sometimes that means changing how you act and how you dress. You don't change so much as adjust. I'd say try some small changes and see how you feel. Perhaps try something you normally wouldn't. Like eat suschi or learn something new to expand your horizons. You may make some new friends or find a new passion. Good Luck.
