Angry Crazy story about getting pulled over (kind of long post)

Okay so I was on the way to a restaurant with my three friends. (We are 17-18 years old, but I can assure you we weren't doing anything stupid) My friend was driving his mustang , my other friend was in in the passenger seat, and I was in the back. We were driving down the freeway, going about 65-70 when we notice a car behind us flashing flashing its lights at us. It did not seem like a police car at all, so we did not think much of it and kept going. A few seconds later we rolled down the window and heard the sirens, but they were very faint, so we weren't sure, but we still pulled over to the emergency lane. The car was a civilian cop car. My friend rolled down his windows and put his hands on the wheel as we waited for the officer. The officer approached the passenger window and asked for the driver's licence. He gave it, and the cop asked the passenger and I to put our hand in front of us, but I failed to hear him. So he pulls out his gun and points to my face and tells me, "Put your F****ing hands on the chair I'm not playing games here." I said sorry, i didn't hear you and did what he said.
Next, they tell the driver to get out of the car, and they violently handcuff him, and throw him against the car. They then handcuff me and my other friend, and pat us down. While standing there, I watched the policeman look through the window of the car. (At this time two more cop cars came and there were about 6 cops) Another cop came and looked through the window, followed by another. But this time, the cop opened the car and searched the car. As far as I know, they do not have the right to search the car without our consent or a warrant or probable cause. So i politely said, excuse me, don't you guys need our consent or a warrant to search the car? (having nothing to hide though) The cop came up to me and answered in a very vulgar manner, " If i were you I would keep my F***ing mouth shut, you three are being arrested right now, and if you keep asking stupid questions well take your friend to jail and impound his car." I did not continue for the sake of my friend because I know, legally, he cannot charge me for anything. He continued to search the car/trunk, but to find nothing. Then he goes to the other cop and says,(in a sarcastic manner) " I guess we got ourselves a "lawyer" here."
Then, one of the cops who had searched the car come up to us and say, "Whose gun is that?" that he supposedly found in the car. Then he goes to his fellow cops and laughs about it.
It has been 5-6 minutes now, and it was pretty cold out side, so we were shivering. One of the officers looks at my friend and asks if he is cold, and he replies," yes, a little." He offers to give his jacket but my friend says he is fine. Then he looks at me and says, "Well i would have offered you my jacket too, but i don't think it would match your sister's pants." (I was wearing plain black jeans) I looked at him and replied, " You are not funny.." He said, "What no sense of humor?" I said, "No, not towards you sir." He said, in different words in which i don't recall, well you need some respect son. I said, " Well, I just don't find it respectful for you to be making jokes like that at this place and time."
(Heres a pretty good part.)
He said, " Well son, I don't think you want to learn a life long lesson here tonight."
I relpied, "And what would that lesson be?"
Him: "respect"
Me: "And how would I be learning that?"
Him: "The Old way."
Me: " And whats the old way?"
Him: "Me getting you in the back of my car and taking you in"
Me: " And you are going to take me in for what?"
Him: "For anything I say."
Me: "Okay, we'll see about that."

So in the end, my friend just ended up getting a ticket for speeding 85 in a 65, which was a complete lie, and they also stated that we almost hit the cop car, which is completely false.

Just wanted to share this with you guys, and see your thoughts and what I can do about it.

My sister has also gotten into many incidents with cops who tried to do "unprofessional" things. (hope you get what I mean) It just pisses me off how we practically have no say over this, I mean, who are they going to believe..

EDIT: (P.S. I don't look like a gang member or anything near that, I'm just a skinny regular looking kid)
