are your parents strict? can you go out whenever or do you need to clear it with the folks?
basically, you need to steal a quick moment with her just to say, "Hey nice to meet you. would you mind if I called you sometime?"
Don't over think it or rehearse it. Just ask if you can call her.
Then keep it simple. once you talk on the phone, ask to do something short and simple .... Take her to get a Starbucks or an ice cream... Something where you are paying so she won't bring her friends along.
that will give you enough time talking to her to know if you really like her. then go from there.
simple. You may have a parent problem so be ready to be flexible... I'm 37 so I'm guessing as a junior in HS you have some freedom to come and go... but she may not...
You may want to let her brother know you are gonna ask her for her number. but that depends on the kinda guy he is..... if he's over protective.... don't tell him.
