You got that right. The car only trapped 110 mph in cold weather. That's no faster than what you'd expect from a stock Camaro SS in similar conditions.
The reason the car pulled a 12.4 is due to an exceptional 60' time. That car launched really well ( definately a 1.8x sec 60') on "stock tires." That's really hard to do in cold weather on stock tires.
If you also notice he did several burnouts really heating up the "stock" tires. Who says burnouts don't help stock tires get traction?
