Not quite a BB but the ANG base is only a few miles from my house; always have the F-16s doing low approaches over the house and work (the course is on the approach path).
I think there was a show on WWII aircraft on the Military Channel at one point that commented on how large a single seat fighter is now compared to a B-25 medium bomber; parked them side by side and they were nearly identical in size..
