Well, he failed it and not only did he not get the job, he got fired from the one he already had. That guy was worthless anyway though, so it was no real loss. He'd show up at 12:30 or 1:00, put on his timesheet that he'd gotten to work at 7:00, and then leave at 3:30 with everybody else.
