i hope it was sealed, I would NEVER buy a used 360 or PS3 online as you have no idea if the previous owner tampered with it or it has been banned from online play. pop off the front panel and see if the WARRANTY sticker is still there it looks like this:
if it is still there it has not been opened. but they can still ban a console for other things besides opening it up. I hope that is not banned from LIVE when you hook it up, if it is you can only go through ebay and the seller to rectify the situation cause MS will NOT unban a console that has been banned.
