So the system takes into account how rich you are as to how much of a fine you get. For example a poor man making 10,000 a year gets a $10 speeding ticket like here in the US.. You make $100,000 a year you pay $200, a normal speeding ticket including an arrest and jail time perhaps, unless you are are a movie star then you spend far less time in prison..

OK I'll correct you.
1) The speeding occured in Switzerland. It's their law, not ours.
In Sweden it's "flat rate", so the highest fine is about $550.
2) I know for sure Switzerland and Finland has this system. Not sure about any other Euro countries.
