Yeah, I'm in a weird place with smoking--it's probably all psychosomatic. I quit the first time when I was 23ish and it was so bad I had to use the patch. Recently, not so much. I don't think I'm that addicted physically, more psychologically. Maybe I'm better at controlling it these days.
