I can also envision corruption of the "czar" (bribes, etc.) causing unforseen problems.

I got to thinking, alot of positions being appointed are being called "Czar"
I don't know about you but dosent that sound a little Communistic?
I know it is an Old Russian term for an Emporer or someone with great power, but to me it is a sign of the direction our once great country is headed..
