I'll admit, I was doing pretty good yesterday. And I had no idea it was you until it said it at the bottom of my screen. It's definitely the hardest weapon in the game to master.
I thought somebody was throwing a knife at me. You can hear it clang against things when they miss. If you want to practice, do what I did. Use scavenger. Throw your knife, then pick up a new one without having to push square. Makes it a lot easier.
BTW: that was my second longest knife kill. I don't think I will ever top my longest.
