State law cannot supersede federal law in any area where a federal law exists. look at Article VI, Section 2 of the US Constitution, also known as the Supremacy Clause. That Judge must have failed Con Law in law school. I'll be interested to see what happens next.

Law schools have NOT taught constitutional law since the early 1900's... it's all based on "legal precedent" now. Hence, the mess we are in.
