And remember to tell them that you want to see ALL of the parts that were removed and replaced. I know of a couple shops here in St. Louis that recently got busted for lying about parts repairs/replacements.
Sorry that you are being dragged into this mess but remember that YOU are the only one looking our for YOUR interests....body guy is watching his bottom line, insurance company is watching their bottom line....
