Yep, you're right. Matching a ponycar (Mustang) with a sportscar (Corvette) makes perfectly logical sense. On a side note, why would a magazine be afraid of putting any car up against another one? I don't think they get anything for having one test better than another other than maybe some additional readership for a particular issue.

Ummm...okay. I'm note sure what that has to do with anything, but you are correct. The new 5.0 is actually only 4.951L, not 5.0L. However, I'm not sure how they do math where you're from, but most people I know round up to an even number, not down.

Engaging in dialogue with other people who also like the Gen5 Camaro and all it has to offer. Why are you here?

Oh, and by the way, the GT500 is a factory production vehicle. The Hennessey Camaro and Saleen Mustang are not. Currently, GM does not produce a direct competitor to the GT500 but (hopefully) that will change in a year or two. Until then, you'll just have to be content in the knowledge that Ford owns the ponycar segment from a performance perspective with its factory GT500 offering.

You have a nice day too and don;t get all, how did you put it, "butt hurt". I'll be here all week as well, just as I have been for the past couple of years.
