For what it's worth, I haven't 'buzzed' anyone in the week I've had my GT, nor have I any plans to do so in the future.
Also, if anything, I think the 2011 is TOO quiet, at least on the inside. Fortunately, popping the hood, pulling out a plastic tube and yanking out two offending pieces of foam, then reinstalling said tube fixes that complaint quite nicely.
Now, as for loud and rude, how about getting a BLAP-BLAP-BLAP!!!! wake-up call from your neighbor's Harley at 3 a.m. as he's coming home from god-knows-where, and you have go to work in 2 hours.
