That right there...is the biggest problem bar NONE: biased institutions that reflect poorly on even the best domestic cars and trucks.
Didn't consumer reports recently decide to actually TEST new Toyota's before recommending them?
I wouldn't recommend that publication to anybody for anything other than toilet-paper.
