Yes, just cause they spend around 100mill to build a bunch of un-needed stuff and then they cried they were broke and for several years but no levy would pass. The voters arent dumb.
Toledo is doing the same thing, they got a 30 mill budget short fall but just broke ground on a 40mill revamp of an old school. And are beggin for money like a bum. And no one is giving them any, and they can't figure out why.
Even dumb voters can do math and if we all have to cut back on spending, they should get a clue too.
stop the revamp and walla, you got 10mill to spare.
Wait till things pick up to build, unneeded stuff.
