you can play PC on a large screen TV.
I play 24" from a 28" screen at 1920x1200 HHD
at that range it appears to be 52"
But yes, price is a huge thing, my video card cost more than an entire console system.
good thing I use it for more than gaming.
True about the maps, some home made ones get really glitchy!!
But there are some that are amazing too.
