Even though the temps here in NJ this week will be consistently over 50 degrees during the day light hours its still in the 30s in the evening and morning - so my gauge on when Winter is over is when the temps are consistently above 40-45 at the lows so I can put the summer P Zeros back on - then its truly Spring for me...
