Obviously living in CA has totally removed your desire to change our current oppressive government/laws and made you unwilling to express your dissatisfaction, fortunately there is a rising number of people so fed up with the situation that a number of elections will have very different outcomes as people start moving to take their country back. If people keep ignoring the unwanted laws and accepting the status quo, then we will indeed eventually lose V8s as well as many parts of our lifestyle that we take for granted today.
