Future Model Years of the Gen 5 will show more and more V6 models being sold. With a Twin Turbo in the works it would be not all that surprising to see the V8 actually flip flop.

I think the SS and possible Z28 will remain V8 powered, just less of them being sold as the TT 6 becomes a reality.
Ummmm, don't think so as there were no V6 engines in '67-'69, those were inline 6 cylinder engines back then.
