you never word in a factory huh?
24 hr shifts are not done by 1 person, you have 3 shifts of folks.
morning, evening and late night. No one works more then 8 hours.
Which also helps put more folks to work as many are not morning people.
They are more productive when they don't have to get up at 5am.
