I can understand the guy getting a (possibly) once-in-a-lifetime chance at his dream job and taking it. Seriously, who wouldn't? Not really his fault the job happened to open up when it did, right? I certainly think he could have handled it better though, such as:
a) He didn't have the balls to field questions after announcing his departure (a real man would have defended his personal decision about his and his family's lives in a firm yet respectful manner instead of tucking tail and running)
b) Orgeron calling our recruits is TOTAL B.S. Yeah, I know what they're saying, we'll see.
c) In his acceptance speech at USC tonight Lame said the reason UT fans are pissed about his departure is because we liked what he was doing for our program. Really now, his stellar 7-6 season was enough to incite a riot at the thought of losing him.

He couldn't just admit the timing sucked and totally f-ed up our recruiting right before signing day. That fella has spent so much time building himself up that when he falls, and he will eventually, it's gonna be a loooong way down.
Well, at least he used a Trojan when he screwed us.
